Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your orders promptly and safely across Pakistan and internationally.

1. Order Processing & Phone Confirmation
- Order Confirmation: Before dispatching your order, our customer support team will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your order details and delivery address. 
- Please make sure to provide a correct, active contact number at checkout and kindly attend the call to avoid any delays or cancellation of your order.
- Unstitched / Ready-to-wear Items: Processed within 2–4 working days after order confirmation.
- Custom / Made-to-order Items: Processed within 7–14 working days (or as specified on the product page).

2. Delivery Timeline
- Domestic Orders (Pakistan): Delivered within 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
- International Orders: Delivered within 7 to 12 working days depending on destination and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Charges
- Domestic shipping charges are calculated at checkout (or free delivery during special promotions).
- International shipping charges are based on package weight and destination country.

4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to track your package status.
