National Orders — Pakistan
Eligible items may be exchanged within 7 working days of receipt, provided they are unused, have original tags attached, and include the original purchase invoice. Exchanges are only accepted for defective products or incorrect items and cannot be processed without the original invoice.
Important Conditions
Sale Items: Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged due to minor marking differences or slight imperfections.
Color & Texture: Colors and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography lighting. Minor variations are not grounds for exchange.
Custom Orders: Tailor-made and made-to-order garments are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Exchange Shipping: Applicable reshipping fees must be paid before the replacement is dispatched.
Refunds: Refunds are only applicable to eligible prepaid national orders in accordance with our approved policy.
COD: Please place COD orders only if you genuinely intend to receive the parcel. Failed or repeatedly refused deliveries may affect future COD eligibility.
International Orders
International orders are subject to different terms due to cross-border shipping, customs requirements, and international logistics.
No Return, Exchange, or Refund: All international orders are final sale. Customers should carefully review product details, measurements, and sizing before ordering.

Delayed Shipments: Kashmala Altaf Clothing is not responsible for parcels delayed, held, or stuck at customs. No refund is provided if customs clearance is not completed.
