National orders Pakistan: We want you to be confident in your purchase. Items may be exchanged within 7 working days of receipt, provided they are unused, with original tags and the purchase invoice attached. Please note that we only offer exchanges for products that are defective or if the incorrect item was delivered; we cannot process any exchange without the original invoice. Important Conditions: Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be exchanged due to minor marking differences or slight damages. Color & Texture: Due to variations in monitor screens and professional lighting during shoots, exact color or texture may vary slightly. Exchanges will not be accepted for these minor variations. Custom Orders: Tailor-made and Made-to-Order attires are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Shipping: For all valid exchanges, the reshipping fee must be paid before the new order is dispatched. Refunds & COD Policy:Refunds are only available for prepaid orders in instances where the customer chooses not to ship for an exchange. Finally, we kindly ask that you do not place Cash on Delivery (COD) orders unless you are a serious buyer; we take failed deliveries seriously to ensure the best service for all our customers. Please note that our policies for international orders differ from our domestic policies due to the complexities of cross-border logistics. Internatinal orders: 1: We maintain a strict No Return, No Exchange, and No Refund policy for all international orders. Once an order is dispatched, it is considered a final sale. We encourage our international clients to double-check their measurements and product details thoroughly before finalizing their purchase. 2. Payment Terms* Advance Payment Only: We only process international orders upon receipt of 100% advance payment.* No COD: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for shipments outside of our domestic operating area. 3. ⁠Customs, Duties, and Clearances* Customer Responsibility: All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees as levied by the destination country.* Document Clearance: The customer is solely responsible for providing any required documentation and clearing all customs duties to release their package.* Stuck Shipments: Kashmala Altaf clothing is not responsible for any packages held, delayed, or stuck at customs.
